The M Prize is a competition we are launching this year to foster mobile and wireless entrepreneurship at and around MIT. From infrastructure to consumer applications, hardware to software, we are encouraging all new ideas targeting any part of the mobile and wireless stacks.

Come join us on November 20th to meet with other students and entrepreneurs looking to form teams for the mobile track in the MIT $100K Executive Summary Contest and to share ideas. This is also an opportunity to learn more about the M Prize.

M Forum to Announce the MIT 100K Competition M Prize
Collaboration to help foster mobile entrepreneurship will be announced on October 29th
Cambridge, MA– The M Forum, a new initiative to help foster mobile entrepreneurshipin the Greater Boston area, announces its collaboration with the MIT100K Entrepreneurship Competition for the M Prize, a mobile trackwithin the existing competition. The M Prize will give students andinnovators from the mobile community an opportunity to hone theirideas, network with fellow entrepreneurs and talk to leading members ofthe venture capital and investment communities.
“Boston hasthe talent, experience, and capital to become the number one city inthe country for mobile entrepreneurship. With the M Prize, we hope tocreate the right environment to foster new mobile and wireless venturesat MIT and bring innovation out of the labs and into people’s hands,”said Ajay Kulkarni, M Forum Organizer.
“We hope that the MPrize will give student teams the infrastructure and support they needto develop their ideas and drive mobile innovation in Massachusetts,"added Jamie Goldstein, General Partner at North Bridge Venture Partners.
