There are many activities, ranging from postering to press relations, event planning to fundraising. In most cases, organizers can later become entrants in the competition, since generally most organizing jobs involve little to no contact with our judges. Organizing team members are students at MIT who work with groups inside and outside of MIT to make the Competition a success. We have five groups of organizers: Communications - Handles publicity, WWW pages, and organizer intranet. Events - Coordinates our events, such as teambuilding dinners, speakers, and workshops. Sponsor Relations - Raises funds and prizes for the Competition. Alumni / Mentors - Coordinates the Competition's relationships with its alumni and the mentors who assist current entrant teams. Judging - Coordinates the on-campus judging days and the creation of judging materials Please send email to the organizer in charge of the group you are interested in. The Current Organizers are listed above. How to help Organize the Competition: Non-MIT PeopleWhile the MIT $100K Entrepreneurship Competition is run by current MIT students, we rely on the help of people outside of the current MIT student population.
